There are two parts to you. One is physical and one is non-physical. You usually put your physical part first. You put your thoughts, time and energy to this more than toward your spiritual self. If you did the opposite, your physical life would be more than you can possibly imagine. Heal your heart and grow your soul. Do “Babaji’s Work” and the “Heart Technique”.
