Have awareness of the words you say. Know that each word you say creates something. All words create something in physical manifestation. This is because your words actually have power; the power to create. This act is accomplished spontaneously. You may or may not be aware that your words are a form of energy that extend out into the Source of creation and manifest something in your physical world. This is how God created life. All you need to do to become more powerful at creating what you want, is to say words that match what you want to create. Your habit of saying negative statements is simply a habit. Conscious awareness of your words will begin to heighten the quality of your words and this will change your life in a powerful way.
